Standard payment terms………………......................Net 30 Days

• On-site rates apply when work is performed on-site that could only be performed on-site or when work that could have been performed off-site is performed on-site by customer request.  Travel time is and must be charged at on-site rates since travel time consumes otherwise billable hours.

• Overtime rates apply when work is performed, by customer request, before 7:00 a.m., after 7:00 p.m., on Saturday, on Sunday, on a holiday, or for more than 8 hours in a single day.

• Travel and living expenses are billed at actual costs (receipts included with invoices whenever possible) for all direct expenses incurred while performing work on-site at any location more than 50 miles from West Chester, PA.  Auto mileage is billed at the standard IRS rate.

• Fixed-pricing can be negotiated for projects with clear requirements.  Hourly rates apply to all work performed to fulfill requirements that are added above and beyond the requirements in effect when the fixed price is established.

• Warranty work (applicable to only to fixed-price projects) is always performed at no charge, regardless of the time of day, day of week, length of work day, etc.
